The opportunity arose this year for me to create a historic Son et Lumière on the Observatory in the Radcliffe Quarter. Fortunately, someone put me in touch with Startech Productions, and together we began the long road of creative collaboration. Roy Naraine looked after my interests with a minimum of fuss and the maximum of expertise and thoughtfulness. The finished product has been very well received, and I am extremely grateful to Roy and the Startech Productions team for the hard work that went into this venture.

Thanks for another successful hire, super efficient as ever. I dropped the gear in the office. And again, as before, I really must say how impressed I am with the DXR12 and Soundcraft EFX combination. The sound is just so good and so easy to use, relatively speaking.

Dear Startech, in December, we hired some lights from you for our entry into the international 100 hours short film competition. (filmracing.com) We wanted to extend our thanks again for your great customer service and to send you a link to our short film ‘the sex lives of eels’. It was written, designed, shot and edited in 100 hours and we had an amazing time! We’re also happy to say that our film received an honourable mention from the competition’s judges and is also in the running for ‘Shooting People’s Film of the Month for January 2016! Looking forward to hiring from you again in the future,
Emily Everdee, Film: ‘the sex lives of eels’

I wanted to share some of the excellent feedback received last night. Each of you contributed and helped to create a successful and memorable event in MP [Milton Park] this week in addition to doing your day to day duties. Thank you for being such a great team to work with, for being so flexible and not giving up even when things didn’t look as though they were going to plan. It all came good in the end and that really is down to you. T&F have raised our profile even higher in the eyes of Informa and also the plc board members.

I’d also like to give you my thanks to say that you have been wonderful to work with over this busy period. It’s been a learning curve for me and your patience while I learn various ropes has been much appreciated. Here’s to a successful event on the 24th and 25th and many more conference seasons to come!

I’d like to formally thank you for all of your help over the past few months. The lighting (especially the building lights) and sound set-up was phenomenal. I could not have hoped for an easier or more cooperative team to work with. The event was an incredible success.
